Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders arrive within 4–9 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Halloween orders: To receive your order by Halloween, order by [Friday, October 16].

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at [support@kavelly.com] and we'll sort it out.
